How do I create and send a broadcast?
Use the authenticated Broadcasts page to draft, approve, schedule, and send campaigns.
Use Broadcasts to draft a campaign, submit it for approval, then send or schedule it to an eligible audience.
Create a draft
Open Broadcasts at `/broadcasts` and create a draft with its audience and message.
Submit and approve
Submit the draft and complete the approval step before sending.
Send or schedule
Send immediately, schedule it for a future timezone-aware time, or cancel it.
Limitations
- Instagram message bodies are limited to 1000 characters.
- Template mode is WhatsApp-only.
- A/B testing is unavailable for WhatsApp template broadcasts.
