How do I attach a template to multiple Posts and Reels?
Attach an Automation Template to multiple Posts and Reels from the template media assignment panel.
Attachment happens on the template’s media tab/panel — select eligible Posts & Reels and attach them to the template.
Before you start
- Saved Automation Template
- Instagram connected so media can sync
Open the template
Go to Templates and open the template. Switch to the media / attach view.
Select eligible media
Choose Posts & Reels that are free (not already linked to another automation).
Attach
Confirm attach. Attached posts now run this template’s automation.
