How do I create a reusable automation for many posts?
Reuse one automation across many posts by creating an Automation Template and attaching multiple Posts & Reels.
For many posts with the same rules, use Automation Templates instead of rebuilding each post in Posts & Reels.
Create the template
In Templates, create and Save your shared automation config.
Attach media
Open the media assignment panel and attach eligible Posts & Reels.
Manage later
Edit, Pause, Resume, Detach, or Detach All from the template as needed. From a post, use Manage Template.
