How do I create an automation for an upcoming post?
On Upcoming Post, click Add Upcoming Post, configure triggers (including Exact Match), then Save. Manage Active/Paused with Pause or Activate.
Create upcoming rules from Upcoming Post with Add Upcoming Post.
Before you start
- Instagram connected in Channels
Open Upcoming Post
In the sidebar, open Upcoming Post.
Add Upcoming Post
Click Add Upcoming Post.
Configure triggers and messages
Set keywords and replies as you would on a post. Use the Exact Match toggle when you want replies only for exact keyword matches.
Save
Click Save. The rule appears in the list with status Active or Paused. Use Pause / Activate to change status.
