How do I edit a contact’s lead score?
Edit Lead score (0–100) on the Contacts page. Hot leads are contacts scored 70 or higher.
On Contacts, each person can have a Lead score from 0–100. The page highlights Hot leads at 70+.
Open Contacts
Go to Contacts and find the person (search or filters).
Edit Lead score
Click the lead score control for that contact. Set a value from 0 to 100 and save.
Review Hot leads
Use the Hot leads summary on the page to see contacts at 70+.
