How do I create a Story automation?
Create a Story automation from Stories: fetch the latest story, open detail, configure triggers and messages, then Save.
Create Story automations from the Stories page while the story is still live.
Before you start
- Instagram connected in Channels
Open Stories
In the sidebar, open Stories.
Fetch Latest Story
Use Fetch Latest Story (or refresh) so the current story appears. Filter All / Link / Unlink / Expired as needed.
Open Story Detail
Open the story and choose Link / Edit to configure the automation.
Configure and Save
Set triggers and DM content. Optionally enable Follow-Gated DM or Email Collector. Click Save.
