How do I use WhatsApp Message Templates?
Review approved WhatsApp Message Templates and use them when freeform messaging is restricted.
WhatsApp Message Templates are Meta-approved formats for messages that cannot use freeform text, including messages outside the customer-care window.
Open templates
Open WhatsApp Templates at `/templates` while signed in.
Check approval
Use a template whose Meta status is APPROVED.
Send with the template
Choose the approved template and provide its required variables when a WhatsApp workflow requests it.
Limitations
- Templates must be approved by Meta before send.
- WhatsApp Message Templates are different from Instagram Automation Templates.
