How does Default Reply work?
Configure the fallback Instagram DM reply used when no other automation matches.
Default Reply is used only when no other DM automation matches the conversation.
Open Default Reply
Open Default Reply from the sidebar.
Write the response
Configure the reply that should be sent when no higher-priority automation applies.
Activate one reply
Save the reply and make it active. Only one Default Reply can be active at a time.
Limitations
- Default Reply does not override a matching keyword automation.
- Only one Default Reply can be active at a time.
