How do I set up Story Mentions?
Create a standalone automation for replies to Instagram Story mentions.
Story Mentions is a standalone page for automating replies when someone mentions the connected Instagram account in a Story.
Open Story Mentions
Open Story Mentions from the sidebar.
Configure the reply
Choose the reply and frequency settings, then save the automation.
Activate it
Activate the automation after reviewing the response.
Limitations
- Story mentions do not provide Story caption text to the integration, so keyword filters are cleared.
- Only one Story Mentions automation can be active for an account.
