Create a Smart Menu with persistent Instagram DM choices.
Smart Menu provides persistent choices that people can use in Instagram DMs.
Open Smart Menu
Open Smart Menu from the sidebar.
Create a menu
Choose New, add menu labels and their destinations, then save.
Activate the menu
Review the choices and activate the menu when it is ready.
Limitations
- The free plan limit is 5 menus when billing enforcement is enabled.
- Menu destinations must be reviewed before activation.
