How do I edit an automation?
Edit a linked Posts & Reels automation on Post Detail and click Update, or manage template-based automations from Templates.
Custom automations are edited on the post’s detail page. Template-backed media is edited from Templates (Manage Template) so all attached posts stay in sync.
Find the media
Open Posts & Reels, filter to Link if helpful, and open the post.
Change settings
Update triggers, Comment Auto Reply, DMs, Follow-Gated DM, Email Collector, or other toggles.
Update
Click Update (or Save when the UI shows that label) to apply changes.
Template-linked posts
If the post is attached to a template, use Manage Template instead of treating it as a one-off custom edit.
