How do I use Send Back for existing comments?
Use Send Back on a linked Posts & Reels automation to process eligible existing comments after you Save.
Send Back lets you run the automation against eligible comments that already exist on the post, not only new ones after Save.
Before you start
- Automation saved and linked on the post
- Triggers that can match existing comments (Keywords or All Comments)
Link and Save first
Configure the automation on Posts & Reels and Save.
Open Send Back
Use the Send Back control on Post Detail. Review any counts or eligibility indicators the UI shows.
Run Send Back
Confirm Send Back for the eligible historical comments.
Limitations
- If there are no matching historical comments, Send Back may be empty or unavailable.
- Send Once and prior deliveries can reduce how many comments are eligible.
