How does Send Once work?
Send Once limits an Instagram automation so each person receives it once per post, even if they comment again.
Send Once is a toggle on the automation builder. Description in the UI: send once per user per post.
When Send Once is on, a person who already received the automation for that post will not get it again on later matching comments. When it is off, matching comments can trigger again according to your keywords and other rules.
