Why is my template paused / not sending?
A paused Automation Template stays attached to posts but does not send until you Resume it in Templates.
If posts attached to a template suddenly go silent, check whether the template itself is paused.
If it doesn't work
Attached posts no longer send DMs/replies
- Why it happens
- Parent Automation Template status is paused.
- How to check
- Open Templates, find the template, confirm Pause vs Resume state.
- How to fix
- Click Resume on the template. Confirm Instagram is still connected.
Template looks fine but one post is silent
- Why it happens
- That post may be detached, or Instagram connection expired.
- How to check
- Template media tab attachments; Channels connection; post Link filter.
- How to fix
- Re-attach media if needed; Reconnect Instagram; verify triggers on the template.
