Why didn’t my Story automation trigger?
Story automations miss replies when the story expired, is unlinked, is an unsupported type, is paused, or Instagram is disconnected.
Story reply automations only run on supported, live, linked stories while Instagram is connected and the automation is active.
If it doesn't work
Reply to story, no DM

- Fetch Latest Story, open the live story, link/configure, Save.
Certain stories never appear or never fire
- Why it happens
- Close Friends, reshares, and Live are not available through the Instagram API.

- Use a standard supported story; do not expect Close Friends/Live coverage.
Story linked earlier but silent now
- Why it happens
- Paused automation or expired Instagram connection.

- Resume and Reconnect Instagram as needed.
