Why isn’t my automation triggering?
Automations may not trigger if paused, keywords miss, media is unlinked, Instagram is disconnected, or comments are ineligible.
When comments get no DM or public reply, work through status, triggers, link state, and connection — in that order.
If it doesn't work
Automation exists but never fires

- Status is paused, or a parent Automation Template is paused.

- How to fix
- Resume the automation or template.
Only some comments work
- Why it happens
- Keywords / excludes do not match; Send Once already applied; self-comments ignored.
- How to check
- Compare comment text to Trigger Keywords and excludes on Post Detail.
- How to fix
- Adjust keywords, switch to All Comments if appropriate, or use Send Back for historical matches after Save.
Post looks configured but silent
- Why it happens
- Media not linked, or Instagram disconnected/expired.
- How to check
- Posts & Reels Link filter; Channels connection.
- How to fix
- Save/link the automation; Reconnect Instagram if expired.
