How do I create my first automation?
Create your first CommentLink automation from Posts & Reels: pick a post, set Keywords or All Comments, then Save.
The fastest first win is a comment automation on one post or Reel in Posts & Reels.
Before you start
- Instagram connected in Channels
- At least one published post or Reel synced
Open Posts & Reels
In the sidebar, open Posts & Reels. Sync if your list is empty.
Choose a post or Reel
Open the post you want to automate.
Set a trigger
Choose Keywords (and add trigger keywords) or All Comments. Optionally set exclude keywords and Send Once.
Configure replies
Add DM message content. Optionally enable Comment Auto Reply for a public reply. Leave No DMs (Only Comment Auto Reply) off if you want a DM.
Save
Click Save. New matching comments should trigger the automation while it remains active and Instagram stays connected.
