How do I get started with CommentLink?
Sign in, connect Instagram in Channels, then create your first Posts & Reels automation in CommentLink.
Getting started takes three moves: create an account, connect Instagram in Channels, then build your first automation on Posts & Reels.
Before you start
- A CommentLink account (sign up or sign in)
- An Instagram Creator or Business account linked to a Facebook Page
Sign in
Open CommentLink and sign in. You land on the Dashboard with a setup checklist and channel health.
Connect Instagram
Go to Channels and choose Connect Instagram. Complete Meta OAuth. When connected, Posts & Reels, Stories, and Templates unlock.
Optional: Connect WhatsApp
Still in Channels, connect WhatsApp Business if you want WhatsApp threads in Live Inbox. Instagram automations do not require WhatsApp.
Create your first automation
Open Posts & Reels, sync posts if needed, open a post, configure triggers and messages, then Save.
