ManyChat is a better fit when Instagram is one channel among several. Stay there if you already run Messenger, SMS, email, or live-chat widgets in the same account, or if your team lives in ManyChat's flow builder and template ecosystem.
CommentLink is for people whose daily job is Instagram comments and DMs — and maybe WhatsApp — and who do not want to pay per contact for that. Setup is a post, a keyword, and a message, not a full marketing cloud.
