Questions about the creator leaderboard
It is a live ranking of the 20 Instagram accounts that used CommentLink the most in the last 30 days. It shows each creator's Instagram handle, profile photo, DMs sent, comment replies, followers and automations. Only accounts that have not opted out are listed.
The overall rank is a weighted score: DMs sent count for 35%, comment replies 25%, followers gained 25% and live automations 15%. Each metric is compared with the best account on the board. You can also switch to boards for a single metric, such as most DMs or most comment replies.
Every 5 hours. The page shows when it was last updated. Between updates the numbers stay the same, so you will not see them change minute by minute.
Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, set up at least one automation such as comment-to-DM, and reach at least 10 different people with automated messages within 30 days. Once your numbers are high enough, you appear at the next refresh.
No. The score rewards activity and growth: DMs, comment replies, followers gained in the last 30 days and the automations you run. An account with fewer followers but more automated conversations can rank above a larger one.
Only Instagram messages sent by an automation and delivered, sent or read. Comment replies are counted separately from DMs. Broadcasts, manual replies from the inbox and WhatsApp messages are not included.
Yes. Open Account settings and turn off the homepage and leaderboard showcase. Your listing is removed straight away and you will not be added again unless you turn it back on.
Follower growth is measured against an earlier snapshot, so an account needs about a week of history first. Until then it is ranked on its other metrics.
