Instagram and WhatsApp stay separate connections. Both can be answered from Live Inbox. A WhatsApp link inside an Instagram DM is only a link. It does not transfer the chat.
One recipient, not a list
A Bulk WhatsApp Message is one outbound text to many people. That control is not in the workspace menu. CommentLink does not message a bought list, and it does not ignore an opt-out.
Freeform replies have a time limit
After a person messages you, a customer care window, commonly 24 hours, is when freeform replies usually work. Outside it, Meta expects approved WhatsApp Message Templates. CommentLink cannot waive that rule.
